1. Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help determine if we’re a good fit. While 15 minutes may not be enough to fully explore your needs, this initial call gives us a chance to connect and discuss what you're looking for. From there, we can decide if you'd like to schedule an appointment to dive deeper. There’s no pressure to continue if it doesn’t feel like the right match — building a supportive relationship is key to the progress you want to make.

2. What can I expect in my first session?

In your first session, we'll discuss your concerns, goals for therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process.

3. Do you do direct billing?

No, you will be sent an invoice after our session that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

4. Are your services covered under benefits?

It depends! Please check if your insurance/benefits provider covers "Psychotherapy", as I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). If yes, you may be able to submit invoices to your insurance company for reimbursement.

5. What is the cost?

Each 50-minute session costs a total of $140.
